Human Time Machine is Adler’s system of conducted hand gestures used to generate, develop and destroy rhythmic ideas in real time. There is a game-like aspect to the system and a simple premise: to create a democratic rhythmic culture of the "here and now." The resulting music is an earth-shaking party of organically shifting patterns. Audiences listen, dance, and participate in the collision of cheironomic, linguistic and sonic perspectives.
